Mindy’s Itty Bitty Cakes is a home education business offering itty bitty cake treats for your celebration needs. We have three products: Cake Balls, Cake Pops and Cupcake Pops.  Please read each treat’s page for delicious details.  We even offer Gluten Free!

Itty Bitty Cakes serves the beautiful Albuquerque, New Mexico area- mostly East Mountain.  Orders must be picked up and we are happy to bake for anyone who wants to make the drive to Edgewood.  We can have orders delivered to Albuquerque, for a small fee.  Just ask!

Basic info:  Cake Balls- 50 for $45 (one flavor; two coatings; two toppings).   Cake Pops- 40 for $55 (one flavor; two coatings; two toppings).  Cupcake Pops- 30 for $65 (one flavor; two kinds of cupcake decor).  You have five choices for flavors: Killer Chocolate, Wedding White, Butter Yellow, Sweet Lemon and Red Velvet.

Gourmet Flavors are available!!  Over 15 amazing flavors for only $15 more per batch.

Gluten Free is available!  Chocolate or yellow, only $15 more per batch.
